Actual AMR or robotics performance depends on travel paths, SKU mix, congestion, replenishment, charging strategy, WMS/WES integration, ergonomics, safety controls, uptime and process design. The model does not certify robot fleet size, technical feasibility or headcount elimination. Validate throughput and integration assumptions with site data and the automation provider.
